
Isabelle Santiago serves as Senior Project Manager for Keys of Hope, bringing strong international experience in project coordination, operations, stakeholder engagement, and delivery systems for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. She has helped lead and coordinate programs across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region, with a track record of aligning logistics, schedules, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to keep projects moving effectively from planning to execution.
Before joining Keys of Hope, Isabelle served as a Project/Program Officer (Senior Fellow) with the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network, where she supported international initiatives and major events involving senior leaders across several countries. She has also contributed to donor-facing outreach, fundraising initiatives, budget monitoring, and resource allocation through her volunteer work as a Project Consultant with Aid Afghanistan for Education. Her background combines operational discipline with strong communication skills, making her especially well suited to mission-driven projects that require both structure and heart.
Isabelle holds a degree in Communication Arts, major in Film and Media Production, from De La Salle University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received recognition for Best Undergraduate Thesis. With experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Office, she brings both technical organization and creative clarity to her work. At Keys of Hope, she helps ensure that the vision of the project is translated into well-coordinated action that serves children with excellence, compassion, and purpose.
