Guided by his Christian faith and lived experience, Constant Sossoulo serves RefugeRoot as a volunteer and board member. Having grown up in poverty in a family without access to formal education, he understands how hardship can limit a child’s opportunities—and how education, encouragement, and practical support can open new paths.

Constant is a professor of project management and administration at a public CEGEP in Montréal(Quebec, Canada). He contributes this experience to the RefugeRoot team by supporting thoughtful planning, good governance, accountability, and the development of sustainable programs.

His service focuses particularly on food security, child protection, and dignified livelihoods. Like every RefugeRoot volunteer, Constant works as part of a wider team, alongside local communities and partners, to turn compassion into practical action that can last.
