Her professional background includes key roles with respected organizations such as ASBEX LTD, where she served as Lead Project Manager/Estimator, as well as STRIKE ENERGY, AMEC, SYNCRUDE, and INTUIT CANADA. Throughout her career, Fatou has managed more than 50 projects from initiation to closeout, including complex construction, environmental, financial, and operational projects.

Bilingual in English and French, Fatou combines strong technical expertise with structured leadership, risk management, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and team supervision.
