Tawonga Muzah is a dynamic professional with strong experience in financial advisory, management, administration, and organizational leadership. He brings over 12 years of experience as an Internal Auditor within the Ministry of Education, with solid expertise in accountability, governance, and operational efficiency.

He holds an MBA from GZU University and is a licensed life insurance agent in Ontario. Tawonga is also a transformational leader, coach, and management strategist. He is the creator of the Leadership and Growth Matrix, a leadership approach designed to reduce agency costs by aligning teams around inspiring vision statements and sustainable organizational growth.
