Key Responsibilities

  • Build/maintain the Project Charter (scope, objectives, success criteria, constraints)
  • Create and update a delivery plan (WBS, milestones, timeline, dependencies)
  • Establish a light governance rhythm (agenda, action log, decision log)
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) + basic change control
  • Support high-level budget baseline & tracking (CAPEX/OPEX categories, variance notes)
  • Coordinate stakeholders (leadership, Benin team, contractors/partners)
  • Produce concise bi-weekly status updates (progress, blockers, next steps)
